1 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 egg whites (room temp)
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
Baked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Beat strawberries, egg whites and lemon juice in mixer for 15 minutes. Beat whipping cream, and sugar. Fold into strawberry mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Freeze. Slice and serve. Garnish with whipped cream.
