3 eggs
1-1/2 c. sugar
3 T. all-purpose flour
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. plus 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Stir in butter, sugar, flour, pineapple and coconut. Pour mixutre into pastry shell. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
