4 fish fillets (Salmon or Tilapia is preferred)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp butter melted
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup pecans chopped
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, place in a lightly greased 9X13 baking dish. Mix mustard, butter, and honey; brush over the fish. Mix the bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley. Spoon evenly over the fish. Bake uncovered at 450ºF for 15-20 min or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
