1 cup sugar
1 cup soft butter
1 cup molasses
1 egg
1 cup hot coffee
1 Tlbs. ginger
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
4 cups flour
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sigar, butter and egg and molasses.
Stir together dry ingredients and add alternately with hot coffee. Mix well.
Spread batter thinly on greased cookie sheet with sides.
Ice thinly.
