2 lbs red potatoes cut into 1/2 inch chunks boiled until tender
1 lb fresh or 2 - 10 oz packages frozen green beans trimmed to 2 inch pieces steamed until tender.
1 lb boneless/ skinless chicken breast (approx.4 breast halves. boiled and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar or splenda
black pepper to taste

Toss hot potatoes Chicken and green beans together. In a seperate bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over the vegetables and chicken; toss gently. Serve Warm
