4 pieces cube steak
1 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
splash of milk
3 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in skillet over Medium High Heat. Mix egg with splash of milk (just enough to thin out the egg a little) place flour salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge the cube steak thru the flour mixture then thru the egg mixture then back thru the flour mixture (coating should be thick and sticky) Place in the hot oil cooking on each side 5-10 minutes or until coating is a nice golden brown and steak is no longer pink take up on paper towels
