2 lbs lean ground beef
2 cans campbell's french onion soup drain liquid from 1 can
22 saltine crackers crumbled
1 small can evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the ground beef, saltine crackers, milk and french onion soup (drained can) form into loaf shape place in a loaf pan. pour the undrained can of french onion soup across the top. Place in oven for 1 hr 15 minutes check for doneness remove from oven slice and serve
