4 large onions, chopped
one bunch parsley, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup olive oil
2 tbs. Italian seasoning
3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. salt
1/2 tbs. pepper
1 whole lemon juice and rind
1 tbs oregano
4 bay leaves
2 tsp. thyme
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 very large can tomato sauce
2 very large cans whole tomatoes
1/2 very large can V-8 juice
snappy tom to your taste
1/12 cups Swanson chicken broth, enough to top of stew pot

Directions:
Directions:
Skim off foam if any periodically while simmering
cook one hour then add:
4 lbs. fillet of rock cod, cut into 2" pcs.
1 lb. rock cod
simmer and skim for 1-2 hours.
Add:
16 oz. white wine or sherry your choice
1/2 cup butter
simmer 20 minutes
in a very large cioppini pot add in layers:
4 lbs or 6 lbs of whole clean clam in shell
8-12 lbs. cracked whole crabs cleaned
2-4 lbs of prawns, in shell
Last:
after this is layered, pour the cipoppino sauce over shellfish and bring to boinl only...
serve with steamed rice and garlic bread
Lots of wine and a green salad
Enjoy!
