2 lb. pork shoulder, cubed (can be boneless chops)
1 pkg. sauerkraut, rinsed
salt
ground marjoram
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
bouillon cubes
pepper
paprika (Hungarian is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chopped onions in about 2 tsp. of oil. Add cubed meat and brown slightly. Add all spices. After meat is slightly browned, add water to barely cover meat. Let simmer for 1/2 hr. then add sauerkraut, stir and simmer on low until meat is soft, another 1/2 hr. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Note: This dish is eaten with potatoes.
