1 lb link sausage
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
The day before:
Fry sausage, drain and cut into small pieces.
Alternate layers of bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a buttered 9x13 glass dish.
Beat eggs, add salt, dry mustard and milk.
Pour over ingredients in dish.
If needed gently push bread down to make sure the mixture is covering it.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
The next day:
Preheat oven to 325º
Bake uncovered for 1 hour 10 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
