1 lb ground beef
2 TB vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp sald
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
8 oz lasagna noodles
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375º
Brown hamburger and crushed garlic in oil.
Add tomato paste and fill both empty cans with water and add to beef.
Add salt, pepper and oregano.
Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until sauce is thick.
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and cool with cold water.
In large greast baking dish place alternate layers of noodles, ricotta (or cottage) cheese, sauce mixture and mozzarella cheese.
Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 mins

The best lasagna ever! May be difficult at first but once you're more comfortable in the kitchen it is great to have leftovers for a whole week!
