2 Fillet's Fish about 1/2 inch thick
1 Block butter
Blackened Fish Seasoning or Cajun Seasoning

Melt butter
Season butter a little with the seasoning.
Pass fish in butter mixture.
Heat black iron skillet. Drop a little butter in pan.
Put fish in pan, put generous amount of seasoning on each side of fish. Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until desired blackness .
