1 1/2 cups + 2 Tbls of white flour
1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 cups + 2 Tbls of Crisco
2 egg yolks
Very cold water

Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Make a well. Put butter and egg yolks in the center of well. Mix with fingers or pastry knife. Add 4 to 6 tablespoons of very cold water, as needed to make a flexible ball of dough.

Place on well floured pastry sheet or parchment paper and roll out from center out till 11 inches in across. Dust top with flour and fold over once, then a second time. Place middle corner in middle of pie plate and unfold. Moisten edes with milk and curl under.

Flute the crust by placing pinching the dough between left thumb (at a slight angle toward the left) and your right index finger (at same angle).
