Round steak, cut into 2" strips
Green onions
Bacon strips
1 can bouillon (broth)
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can sliced mushrooms
Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 green onions on steak and roll up. Wrap bacon strip around it and secure with toothpick. Repeat with rest of steak strips. Layer on bottom of casserole dish and pour broth, soup mix and mushrooms on top. Cover and bake at 350º for 2 hours.
