1 Box frozen spinach
1 Can of Artichoke Hearts (quartered)
1 Larg Onion
1 Stick of Butter
2 Cans of Chicken Broth
1 Philadelphia Cream Cheese (8 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium cooking pot, sweat onions in butter. Add chicken stock til it comes to a boil. Chop spinach finely and add to mixture. Chop Artichoke Hearts in small pieces and add. Lower heat to medium and chop Philadelphia Cream cheese to small pieces. Add Cream Cheese pieces gradually to mixture as pieces melt. Cook til all pieces have melted. Let simmer for atleast 30 minutes and serve topped with a sprinkle of grated Feta Cheese.
