1 16 ounce container whipped topping, thawed
2 16 ounce cans crushed pineapple, undrained
2 packages instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 angel food cake, slices evenly into thirds
flaked coconut, optional
finely chopped pecans or walnuts, options
cherries, for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Combine whipped topping, crushed pineapple and vanilla pudding mix until thoroughly mixed together. Generously spread mixture over each layer of cake and top cake and sides with mixture. Once cake has been evenly coated, sprinkle with nuts and coconut on top and sides. Garnish with cherries.
