1 lb Switzerland Swiss cheese shredded
3 TBS Flour
1 clove garlic
2 cups dry white wine
1 TBS lemon juice
3 TBS Kirsch
Nutmeg
2 loaves French bread, cut in cubes

Directions:
Directions:
- Dredge cheese lightly in flour.
- Prep: Rub cooking pot with garlic; pour in white wine; set over moderate heat, when wine is hot, but not boiling, add lemon juice. Next, add cheese by handfuls, stirring constantly with wooden spoon until cheese is melted. Bring Fondue to bubble briefly, add kirsch and nutmeg, stirring until well blended.
- Serve and keep hot over burner. Spear bread cubes through bread and dunk in fondue.
