1 Recipe Basic Risotto (let cool for about 3 hrs)

3 oz Mozzarella cheese cut into 1/2 inch cube

1 Piece cooked ham cut into 1/2 inch cube (can be improted deli ham sliced about 1/4 inch thick)

2 c. Bread crumbs

oil to fry

Directions:
Directions:
Take small handfull of Risotto (about 2 tbls.) make shallow cup. Place ham and mozzarella in middle of rice and enclose around the ham and cheese. Roll in the bread crumbes and continue until all the rice has been used.

Heat oil in pan, pot or deep fryer to 375 degrees. Carefully place 5-6 rice balls into hot oil and fry until golden. Drain on paper towel or brown bag. Keep warm until ready to serve
