1 small pkg lemon jello
1 cup hot pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup cream, whipped
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup diced oranges
1/2 cup chopped Brazil nuts.
1 banana can be add, if desired.

Directions:

Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup hot pineapple juice. Add 1 cup of orange juice and 2 Tbsp sugar. As it begins to thicken, beat to a froth., Fold in 1 cup cream, whipped, with 1/2 cup diced pineapple, 1/2 cup diced oranges (can use Mandarin oranges), 1/2 cup chopped Brazil nuts scattered on top. 1 banana can be added, if desired.
