3 oz cans of eggnog (3 quarts) mchilled
1 1/4 c. choc. syrup
3/4 c. rum (optional)
1 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
3 tbsp. granualated sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 of 1 oz square semi-sweet choc (grated for garnish)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg nog, chocolate syrup and rum. Whip cream, sugar, and cocoa until stiff. Spoon cream into eggnog and sprinkle with chocolate.
