Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkgs taco seasoning
1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef
3-4 cans of crescents rolls (depending on how large you want your ring to be)
1 pkg shredded cheese
1 jar taco sauce
1 pack shredded lettuce
1 lg tomato chopped (cherry tomato cut in half)
Sour cream (optional)
1 large round baking stone

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Cook ground beef according to taco seasoning packet. Place crescent rolls around stone over lapping the corners of each one, leaving one corner hanging. Place ground beef along the center of crescent rolls and then place a layer of cheese on it. Take the corner of the crescent roll that is not over lapped and place over the ground beef and cheese tucking it under the roll. Place in oven until rolls are brown. You can go by the crescent roll packet for baking time. Place on a tray. In the center, place lettuce and tomato. Sprinkle cheese over that. Place taco sauce and sour cream on side. An Idea is also to take a bell pepper and cut the tops off and clean seeds out. Put sour cream and taco sauce in it. Put that in the center before you sprinkle the lettuce and tomatoes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Best when served hot. You can also use as a quick meal. Serving size depends on how many crescent rolls are used.
