2- 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears:
3 whole chicken breasts (6 half breasts), cooked and boned
½ cup soft bread crumbs
1TBS butter


Sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
½ cup Parmesan cheese
3TBS Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
- Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water for minimum
amount of time. Cool in running water, drain, and place in greased 9X12” pan.
- Combine sauce ingredients and pour ½ of sauce over broccoli. Arrange chicken on top. Pour rest of sauce over chicken (so that no chicken or broccoli can be seen).
- Saute bread crumbs in butter until crisp. Spread over chicken. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
