1 1/2 qts milk (heat)
2 cups sugar
1 heaping Tbsp flour in little bit of milk
2/3 tsp salt
2-4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 pt cream
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon flavoring or lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil 1 1/2 qts milk, 2 cups sugar, 1 heaping Tbsp flour in a little bit of milk, 2/3 tsp salt. Beat eggs with 1/4 cup milk. Put into hot mixture and let stand 5 minutes. Thickens as it cools. Add 1 pt cream plus milk to fill freezer. Add 1 Tbsp vanilla and 1 tsp lemon flavoring. Freeze as per instructions on ice cream freezer.
