1/2 lb Italian Sausage
1 lb ground beef
2 onions, chopped (approx. 1 cup)
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c chopped parsley
3 tsp chili powder
1/4 c grated parmeson cheese
1 tsp Italian herbs, or cilantro, crushed, or oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 can (15 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans
1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup water
Sour cream (optional)

Saute sausage. Add ground beef, onions, garlic, and brown all. Add everything else except cheese. Bring to a boil, turn to simmer, let simmer 45 min, add cheese. Simmer 10 more minutes.
(For a creamy base - add sour cream)
