Ingredients:  
1 medium onion chopped
7 T. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 cups chopped ham
1 T. worchestershire sauce
5 cups cooked rice
5 slices white bread cubed 1/2 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 2 T butter until soft, add soup and milk, stir in rice, ham & worchestershire sauce, add salt & pepper to taste. Pour mixture into 9 by 13 inch casserole dish. Melt remaining butter and toss with bread cubes.Top casserole with buttered bread cubes and bake at 425 until bread cubes are browned. Serve with your favorite hot sauce.
