1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deviened
pinch of red pepper flakes
1/4c olive oil, divided
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/2 t crushed fresh garlic
1 14 1/2 oz can of diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 t basil
1/2 t oregano
1/4 t salt
1/4 t freshly ground pepper
8 oz cooked pasta (thin spagetti, linguine)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp and red pepper flakes in 2 T olive oil a few minutes until shrimp turns slightly pink. Arrange shrimp in medium size baking dish and sprinkle all the Feta cheese over it. Set aside. In remaining oil in skillet saute garlic over low heat for about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes. Add wine and spices. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Pour this mixture over Shrimp and Feta and bake whole dish uncovered 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve over pasta.
