1 c walnut pieces
1 large orange
1 1/2 c water
1 large firm ripe pear
4 c fresh or frozen cranberries
1 c seedless raisins
2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Use food processor. Coarsely chop nuts, reserve. Quarter unpeeled orange and finely chop. Simmer in water until tender, about 20 minutes. Peel, core, quarter and chop pear; add to sauce pan with orange. Add cranberries, raisins and sugar; slowly bring to a boil, simmer, stirring occasionally until thick, about an hour to 1 1/2 hours. Stir in walnuts and simmer 5 minutes more.
