6 Egg Yolks
2 Cups Sugar (or less – add slowly)
1 pint bourbon
1 cup Jamaican rum
1 cup brandy
3 pints heavy cream
1 pint milk
6 egg whites
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and sugar until very thick and lemon colored. Slowly stir in bourbon, slowly stir in rum, and slowly stir in brandy. Blend in heavy cream and milk. In another bowl beat egg whites still stiff with peaks. Gently fold into mixture. Cover and chill in refrigerator. Before serving, sprinkle with nutmeg.
