Chicken Parmesan Recipe

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
1 egg, beaten
4 tsp butter
2 cups spaghetti sauce
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese

- Pound chicken to flatten.
- Dip chicken in egg and then in bread crumbs.
- Fry in butter in hot skillet, turning and browning for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and turn temperature down.
- Add spaghetti sauce to skillet and heat 1-2 minutes.
- Add chicken.
- Place slices of Mozzarella on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
- Can serve with a side of spaghetti.
