" Make your turkey"....stuff,sew and grease well. Place in a large brown-paper grocery bag. Tie with a string. Place on a roasting pan. Put in cold oven. Turn oven to 500 and cook for one hour. Mimi gave us this recipe in the 70's. It is from the Up-Country Maui cookbook. We and many family members have uesd it for more than 30 years. It never fails. Note; don't let paper bag touch coils of electric oven.
