1 (8oz) cream cheese
8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (5oz) bottle prepared horseradish
Directions:
Directions:
Using a double boiler, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheeses are melted and well blended. Add in mayonnaise and horseradish. Stir well. Turn into a serving bowl. Let stand for at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend. serve at room temperature with fresh raw vegatables and crackers. Will keep 2 weeks covered & refrigerated.
