1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 onion, chopped
3 cups hash browns
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can vegetable soup with beef broth
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

Brown the hamburger and onion; drain. Mix all remaining ingredients. Stir well.

Bake in an uncovered casserole dish at 350º for 45 minutes.

This is my favorite hamburger hotdish. I opt to add the raw onions to the soup and hash browns instead browning them with the hamburger. I usually double this recipe. This dish is simple and it is just as good warmed up the next day.
