one 9 inch baked pie shell
1 1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cups whole milk

cook real slow add
1 cup milk
2 eggs yokes
4 tablespoons flour
mix until smooth, stir into cooked mixture, and cook until thick,,, cool slightly and pour into pie crust

cook brown sugar , butter and 2 cups of milk slowly, until hot
mix egg yokes with four and 1 cup of milk, add a couple tablespoons of hot mixture into yoke mixture, stir, add to hot mixture,,, continue cooking until thick,,,
