Meatloaf Recipe

2 lbs. hamburger
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
3 c. cornflakes or bread crumbs
3 tbsp. soy sauce

2 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 425. Spray 9x13" pan with nonstick spray. Mix meatloaf ingredients and mold into loaf shape. Place loaf into middle of pan. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Drain grease. Lower oven temperature to 350 and bake for another hour. Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients and add to meatloaf for last 10 minutes of bake time.
