1 (14 oz) can fat-free refried beans
1 package taco seasoning mix
16 oz fat-free sour cream
1-2 c. guacamole
1 small can sliced olives
1 c. reduced-fat grated cheese
1 c. salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Spread beans on bottom of 8x8" pan. Layer guacamole, followed by salsa, over the beans. Mix taco seasoning with sour cream. Spread on top of salsa. Sprinkle with cheese & olives. Chill for ~1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Serve with baked tortilla chips, crackers, or raw vegetables.

No one can ever tell when I have made this with healthier ingredients! Other ingredients can be substituted like diced fresh tomatoes, Rotel (drained), or sliced jalapenos.
