1 c boiling water
1 c shortening (crisco)
1 c sugar
1 1/2 t salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 pkg yeast
1 c warm water
6 c sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over the shortening. Blend in the sugar and salt and cool. Pour warm water over yeast and let sit for 5 minutes. Add the beaten eggs and yeast to the mixture. Add the 6 cups of flour.( You may use all wheat or 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white.) Blend well. Set in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight. Make into rolls 1 to 2 hours before baking. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
