4 skinless chicken breasts
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 (8oz) container onion dip
1 1/2 c crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 350º. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Rub each piece of chicken with the onion dip and then with potato chip crumbs. Place on a foil covered baking pan. Cook for one hour.
