1 c sugar
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cocoa
1/2 c water
3/4 c milk
4 tbsp oleo
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in pan. Add water and milk. Stir constantly. Boil until thick. Turn burner off and add oleo. Pour on ice cream. Can reheat.
