1 can garbanzo beans
2 tbsp tahini (sesame seed butter)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
juice of 2 lemons
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour garbanzos into blender with half of the juice. Add the rest of ingredients and puree until smooth.

To serve, spread mix on a platter and sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with pita bread or crackers.
