1 1/3 C. (15 OZ.) EAGLE BRAND MILK
1/2 C. REAL LEMON JUICE
2 EGG YOLKS
2 EGG WHITES
1/4 TSP. CREAM OF TARTER
1/4 C. SUGAR

IN A MEDIUM-SIZE MIXING BOWL, BLEND TOGETHER EAGLE BRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, REAL LEMON JUICE AND EGG YOLKS UNTIL THICKENED. TURN INTO PIKE SHELL. FOR MERANGUE BEAT TOGETHER EGG WHITES, CREAM OF TARTER AND SUGAR. BAKE IN 350º OVEN UNTIL MERANGUE BROWNS
