4 1/2 tsp., or 2 packages, yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 cube) butter, melted
2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
3 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour

Filling:
1 c. sugar
1/2 cup (1 cube) butter, melted
grated rind of one orange

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, and 1 T. sugar. Set aside. In large bowl combine 1/2 c. sugar, 1 cube butter, salt, and 1 c. water. Add beaten eggs. To the large bowl add yeast mixture, followed by flour, and mix to form dough. Cover dough and let rise for one hour. Punch dough down and let rise an additional four hours, or refrigerate overnight. Combine filling ingredients. Divide dough into three equal parts. Roll each part into a rectangle. Spread one third of filling over each rectangle. Roll each rectangle jelly-roll style and cut each into twelve equal parts. Place rolls into three buttered muffin tins. These do not need to rise again. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
