2 pkgs crescent rolls
1/2 c mayonaise
2 tbsp honey dijon mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 c turkey, chopped and cooked
1/2 c celery, sliced
3 tbsp fresh parsley, snipped
1/2 c dried dranberries
4 oz (1 c) swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 c walnuts, chopped
1 egg, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Unroll rolls
Serarate into 16 triangles.
Arrange rolls at 12, 3, 6 and 9 (on a clock)with wide ends towards the center
Continue arranging rolls in the same fashion creating a Sun
Press together the ends
Combine all ingredients except walnuts and mix well
Scoop filling over the center of the rolls
Sprinkle to walnuts on top of filling
Beginning in the center, lift one dough triangle across the filling
Continue alternating with outer triangles slightly overlapping to form wreath
Tuck last end under wreath
Separate egg and beat egg white lightly
Brush over dough
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown
