20 oz. can chunked pineapple (drained and save juice)
2 1/2 c. mini marshmellows
1 1/2 c. spanish peanuts
8 oz. Cool Whip
4-6 apples cut in chunks

1/2 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1 egg - beaten
1 1/2 T. vinegar
add pineapple juice

Put sauce ingredients in pan and cook until thick. Watch so it doesn't stick to pan. Cool about 1/2 hour. Add the Cool Whip to the cooled sauce and pour over pineapple mixture. Add aples and peanuts. Mix but not too much or it gets soupy.
