3 c frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
1/3 c butter or margarine (melted)
1 c ham, bacon or cooked sausage (diced and fully cooked)
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c onion
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Press hash browns between paper towel to remove excess grease
Press into bottom and the sides of an ungreased 9 " pie plate
Drizzle butter on top
Bake at 425 º for 25 minutes
Combine meat and onions and spoon over crust
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt & pepper
Pour over the top
Reduce oven to 350º and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean
