11/2 ib Bob Evans Bulk Sausage
9 eggs
3 c. milk
11/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices bread cubed
1 tsp. salt
11/2 c. salt c. shredded cracker barrel cheese mild

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage until brown, break into small pieces while cooking. When sausage is done, drain while preparing other ingredients. Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt. Add cheese to mixture. Fold in three slices bread. Place in 9x12 pan. Bake 350º for one hour.
