1 pastry for 9" pie crust
12 slices bacon, fried
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. half/half
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pastry. Sprinkle bacon, sausage (opt), cheese, and onion into pastry-lined pie plate. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingred. Pour egg mixture into pie plate. Cook uncovered in 425º oven for 20 min. Reduce oven temp. to 300º. Cook uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 min. longer. Let stand 10 min. before cutting.
