4 – 5 Granny Smith Apples or baking apples
Sugar
Cinnamon
Brown sugar
Water

Directions:
Cut peel and core apples. Place in a skillet over medium heat with a little water cinnamon, sugar and brown sugar. Cook until apples are tender but not mushy. Goes great with pork dishes.
