Celery (chopped)
Onion (grated)
Bac-0 1/2 jar
Mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain 1 (or more) cans of Le Sueur peas. Add chopped celery and grated onions. Add Bac-O (1/2 jar for each can of peas). Add mayonaise (enough to stick together). Serve on lettuce if desired or serve plain. Chill.

It's better if made the day before. Mother said to always use Le Sueur peas. The rest , she said, tasted like chinaberries.
