18.5 oz. german chocolate cake mix
14 oz. can condensed milk
17 oz. jar butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
12 oz. thawed whipped topping
3 curshed heath bars

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake mix and bake in 9x13 pan. While cake is still warm, but not hot, poke holes in cake with handle of wooden spoon about 1 inch apart. Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake, then spread with ice cream topping. Refrigerate until completely cooled. About 1 hour. Top with whipped cream and candy bar. Keep refrigerated until serving.
