1 c butter or margarine, softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and divided
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar, add in the eggs. Combine the flour and baking soda. Sift once and add to the creamed mixture althernately with 1/3 c of the lemonade concentrate. Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove to wire racks. Brush with remaining lemonade concentrate. Sprinkle with additional sugar while warm. Cool.
